At Maria Elena Headpieces & Accessories, each piece is carefully made-to-order in our Miami, FL, Design Studio, reflecting our dedication to heirloom quality, sustainability, and intentional design. We hope you love your piece, but if for any reason you're unsatisfied, please review our return guidelines below.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided production has not yet begun.

After 24 hours, cancellations are not permitted, as each piece is handcrafted to order.

If production has already started within the 24-hour window, we reserve the right to decline the cancellation request or deduct applicable costs.

Custom or personalized orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable once confirmed.
We kindly ask that all cancellation requests be submitted in writing via email to ensure proper documentation and timely review.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY:
We accept returns within 5 days of your order’s delivery date. To initiate a return, please email our Client Care team at info@mariaelenaheadpieces.com with your order number and reason for return.
Please Note:

For orders containing 3 or more items, refunds are limited to 1 piece only. This condition applies equally to separate orders placed by the same client, regardless of whether they are made on the same day or different days.

With all tags, including the return tag, securely attached and unaltered
Returns will not be accepted if the return tag is removed or tampered with.
SHIPPING & LIABILITY:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

For assured delivery, kindly utilize a shipping service with tracking capabilities, such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL. It is requested that USPS be avoided, owing to prior instances of delayed shipments.

Lost or damaged return shipments

Packages that are lost, missing, or delivered to the wrong address

Shipping fees are non-refundable
We cannot refund international duties or taxes. For reimbursement, please contact your local customs bureau.
PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES:

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday only.

Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed the following business day.

If you select an expedited shipping option, it will apply only once the full order is ready to ship, not at the time of purchase.
REFUNDS:
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued. Please note that a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

BLACK FRIDAY & PROMOTIONAL POLICY:
Our Black Friday promotion will begin on November 27 and apply exclusively to eligible products during the promotional period.

Early Access: We will not honor Black Friday pricing, promotions, or discounts on orders placed before November 27, 2025.

Sitewide Promotion: The 20% off promotion and complimentary gift with purchases over $2,000 apply only to full-priced items during the official Black Friday sale dates.
