Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY:

Production and Shipping take 2 weeks for all online orders. We offer various shipping options to accommodate your needs. During the checkout process, you'll be able to choose from our available shipping methods. Shipping within the United States is complimentary.  Orders placed after 12 p.m. EST will be processed the following business day.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, missing, or delivered to the incorrect address. Please ensure that your address is correct when placing your order and that you will be available to receive your order upon delivery. Shipping fees are nonrefundable; we are not responsible for carrier delays. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 

We proudly provide international shipping options. When you proceed to checkout, simply choose your location, and you'll be presented with the available shipping choices and their associated fees.

Shipping fees and duties information:

  • We offer standard international shipping through UPS for a flat fee of $75.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and taxes.

PROCESSING, DELIVERY TIMES & RUSH FEES:

Orders are processed, shipped, and delivered Monday through Friday only. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on national holidays or weekends. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or on a national holiday will be processed the following business day. 

RUSH FEE: 1-week production rush fee: $150

SHIPPING & LIABILITY:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • For assured delivery, kindly utilize a shipping service with tracking capabilities, such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL. It is requested that USPS be avoided, owing to prior instances of delayed shipments.

  • Maria Elena Headpieces is not responsible for:

    • Lost or damaged return shipments

    • Packages that are lost, missing, or delivered to the wrong address

    • Carrier delays

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

We cannot refund international duties or taxes. For reimbursement, please contact your local customs bureau.

Additionally, all our pieces are meticulously handmade. Due to the craftsmanship involved in this process, each item may exhibit slight variations from the original design, showcasing the individuality of each piece.

Maria Elena's bridal headpieces and accessories are designed as family heirlooms to be passed down for generations to come. We recommend you store your bridal headpiece or accessory in its original packaging and avoid contact with hairspray, perfume, water, and other chemicals.
