Digital Marketing Intern
Position Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Assistant at Maria Elena Headpieces, you will play an integral role in expanding the reach of our brand and products. This unpaid internship offers hands-on experience in a creative and fast-paced environment where your voice and ideas will be valued. You’ll work alongside a dynamic team and have the opportunity to leave your mark on our marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.

Help curate content for social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest, to engage with our audience.

Create visually compelling and written content that reflects our brand's aesthetic and identity.

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.

Support the planning and execution of promotional events, collaborations, and campaigns.

Provide administrative support to the Marketing team, including scheduling, data entry, and maintaining marketing materials.
Requirements:

Proficiency in social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and Google Business tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual design.

Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Asana, Canva, Preview, Capcut, and Linktree (Training provided as needed).
Internship Details:

Duration: 26 weeks (6 months) or 1 year (12 months).

Hours: 20-30 hours per week (depending on schedule, we are flexible)
