Digital Marketing Intern

Position Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Assistant at Maria Elena Headpieces, you will play an integral role in expanding the reach of our brand and products. This unpaid internship offers hands-on experience in a creative and fast-paced environment where your voice and ideas will be valued. You’ll work alongside a dynamic team and have the opportunity to leave your mark on our marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.

  • Help curate content for social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest, to engage with our audience.

  • Create visually compelling and written content that reflects our brand's aesthetic and identity.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.

  • Support the planning and execution of promotional events, collaborations, and campaigns.

  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing team, including scheduling, data entry, and maintaining marketing materials.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and Google Business tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual design.

  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Asana, Canva, Preview, Capcut, and Linktree (Training provided as needed).

Internship Details:

  • Duration: 26 weeks (6 months) or 1 year (12 months).

  • Hours: 20-30 hours per week (depending on schedule, we are flexible) 

  • Location: On-site.

  • Schedule: Flexible work hours available.
