Fashion & Sales Director Intern
Position Overview:
As a Sales & Fashion Director Assistant, you will work directly under our Global Sales & Fashion Director, Gisele Del Busto, gaining hands-on experience in sales strategies, client relations, and the bridal accessories market. As well as condutusting research, understanding the brand's visual identity, and styling. This unpaid internship offers a unique opportunity to learn the ins and outs of sales in a niche luxury market, while helping expand our brand’s reach and strengthen client relationships.
Responsibilities:

Assist the Sales Director in researching potential retailers, clients, and business opportunities.

Help maintain and strengthen relationships with retail partners, ensuring their needs are met and providing personalized customer service.

Support the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and marketing materials for retailer meetings and business development. (if directed to)

Assist in planning and executing sales initiatives, including trunk shows, events, and collaborations.

Conduct market analysis and competitor research to help refine sales strategies.

Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and liaising with clients.
Requirements:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Interest in sales and luxury bridal fashion.

Organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Passion for building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
Internship Details:

Duration: 26 weeks (6 months) or 1 year (12 months).

Hours: 20-30 hours per week (depending on schedule, we are flexible).
